Support for Instrument Transportation for the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra’s Asia Project<\/h1>\n

From May to June 2025, the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra performed a series of concerts in Bangkok, Thailand, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, as part of its Asia Project. With a tight schedule that did not allow for a return to Japan between performances\u2014and the logistical challenge of transporting a full orchestra of over 100 members\u2014the movement of a large number and variety of instruments required delicate and swift handling throughout the journey.<\/p>\n

Jupiter Group (including Jupiter Japan, Jupiter Thailand, and Jupiter Malaysia), in collaboration with Japan Airlines<\/strong><\/a> and Thai Airways International<\/strong><\/a>, developed a meticulous handling plan for each location. Additionally, we dispatched staff from Japan to ensure seamless operations.<\/p>\n

Thanks to this coordinated effort, we were able to fully demonstrate our expertise in precise and efficient international transportation, successfully completing the entire itinerary.<\/p>\n

Concert Schedule and Instrument Transportation Overview:
\nMay 26: Departure from Muza Kawasaki
\nMay 27: Transport via JL33 (Haneda \u2192 Bangkok)
\nMay 28\u201329: Bangkok concert (Thailand Cultural Centre)
\nMay 30: Transport via TG417 (Bangkok \u2192 Kuala Lumpur)
\nJune 1: Kuala Lumpur concert (Petronas Philharmonic Hall)
\nJuly 2: Return transport via JL724 (Kuala Lumpur \u2192 Narita)<\/p>\n
