Jupiter Japan is a member of the JAL Group and the Japanese subsidiary of the international freight forwarding company Jupiter Global, headquartered in Hong Kong. As the sole logistics provider within the JAL Group, we have established business bases in Tokyo, Narita, and Osaka, and conduct operations across Japan.

The air freight industry has vividly reflected the changing times, and Jupiter Japan has been at the forefront of these transformations over the decades. In the 1980s, we facilitated the export of large volumes of video equipment and computers manufactured by Japanese electronics makers. During the economic boom years, we handled the increased imports of high-end food ingredients, including wine. We also experienced a period of prosperity serving the fast fashion industry.

Currently, we are enabling the export of various components and parts showcasing Japanese technological prowess that are essential for state-of-the-art products, the growth of cross-border e-commerce that symbolizes the borderless economy, as well as the export of Japanese ingredients that have gained recognition through increased inbound tourism. Through these changing market dynamics, Jupiter Japan has accumulated extensive experience and expertise in serving the evolving export and import needs of our clients.

Leveraging this deep well of experience, Jupiter Japan, which began as an on-board courier (cargo transportation using passenger luggage) company, is now expanding and diversifying our business fields, such as perishables and urgent shipments. We are able to offer our clients a competitive advantage through our strengths in speed and meticulous handling, which have been honed through our long history of serving major manufacturers and apparel companies.
